Hand dyed drab olive iridescent silk. Hand felted fine merino wool in a combination of black on one side versus monochromatic olive green colored wool on the other.  This scarf makes a great addition to any outerwear.  The wool merged through the silk gives the this scarf an incredible architecture. It looks great wrapped around once for extra warmth or can be a nice addition of texture and color just laying flat over any outfit or coat!

This piece measures approximately 10.5”wide and 63”long.

Due the nature of the process used to create this textile the edges undulate, and vary slightly in width and length.

This textile can be cleaned in a variety of ways. It can be spot cleaned with soap and water. It can be hand-washed cold or washed in a "trusted" gentle cycle with room temperature water. Hang dry. It can be dry-cleaned. It also loves a good steam, so it can be "refreshed" with an iron or hand steamer. Never wash in hot water or put in the dryer! Wear often and in health!
