Double Ruffle Extra Skinny Silk Scarf in Celery Leaf

Hand dyed soft lemon yellow silk gauze with a light celery green silk gauze ruffle. Hand felted fine merino wool in a combination of white, lemon yellow and varying shades of olive colored wool.  This scarf is incredibly versatile. There is a double silk ruffle that  runs the edge of one side of the scarf that can be worn up toward the face, or away for a cleaner line. It can be  used to add a pop of color and texture to any outfit. It can be layered under a coat collar for a feminine face frame, or wrapped up around the neck many times for warmth. 

This piece measures approximately 5”wide and 66”long.

Due the nature of the process used to create this textile the edges undulate, and vary slightly in width and length.

This textile can be cleaned in a variety of ways. It can be spot cleaned with soap and water. It can be hand-washed cold or washed in a "trusted" gentle cycle with room temperature water. Hang dry. It can be dry-cleaned. It also loves a good steam, so it can be "refreshed" with an iron or hand steamer. Never wash in hot water or put in the dryer! Wear often and in health!
