Hand-dyed frosted periwinkle silk gauze with the same color silk gauze double ruffle. Hand-felted fine merino wool in a combination of light and dark periwinkle, with a touch of white and lime. This scarf is incredibly versatile. There is a double silk ruffle that runs the edge of one side of the scarf that can be worn up toward the face, or away for a cleaner line.  This extra layer provides the illusion of two scarves in one, depending on what side you wear facing out.  It can be used to add a pop of color and texture to any outfit. It can be layered under a collar for a feminine face frame, or wrapped up around the neck many times for warmth.

This piece measures approximately 6”wide and 66”long.

Due the nature of the process used to create this textile the edges undulate, and vary slightly in width and length.

This textile can be cleaned in a variety of ways. It can be spot cleaned with soap and water. It can be hand-washed cold or washed in a "trusted" gentle cycle with room temperature water. Hang dry. It can be dry-cleaned. It also loves a good steam, so it can be "refreshed" with an iron or hand steamer. Never wash in hot water or put in the dryer! Wear often and in health!
